Hope
Before the pandemic, everything was going fine,
Everyone was happy with their lives,
They were smiling in their happy homes,
But now they are out of their comfort zones.
We know that we can’t change anything now,
But it doesn’t mean it’s the end now.
We got a chance to get a step closer, to our loved ones.
Daddy’s got a chance to bake some cakes,
In the oven for the young ones.
Everyone gotta work from home,
They can’t go out and roam.
Wives of the house are making delicious dishes,
So they all can talk about their childhood wishes.
But for the ones who are alone,
Away from the family in the hospital or home,
Don’t you dare to think that you are at the end of rope!!
You still gotta cope, by not losing hope.
So let’s hope, and not be dope.
